Responsibilities

• Order payoff statements from mortgage companies, lenders, and servicers for all applicable loans in the pipeline.
• Track every payoff order from submission to receipt and confirmation in the file.
• Maintain an organized log of all payoff orders and ensure updated payoff statuses are current.
• Improve follow-up cadence and escalate when a payoff is at risk of delaying closing.
