Job summary

AmeriNat is seeking a Mortgage Payoff Specialist in Palatine, IL. This full-time role handles payoff quotes, paid-in-full processing, lien releases, and related servicing tasks for a diverse portfolio.

You will work with borrowers, clients, and title partners to ensure accurate and timely payoff administration. The position requires mortgage servicing or payoff experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with servicing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of mortgage servicing, payoff administration experience or related customer service experience.
• Two or more years of mortgage servicing or payoff administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process payoff quote requests and prepare payoff calculations.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, clients and third parties about payoff transactions.
• Monitor payoff and maturing loan reports and distribute borrower communications.
• Prepare and record lien releases and other collateral documents.
• Maintain accurate payoff and servicing records in systems.
