Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Implementation in O’Fallon, Missouri, to drive end-to-end processing implementations for new electronic payments. The role requires coordinating with customers and Mastercard teams, documenting requirements and defining project scope, timelines and resources.

You will guide CIS staff and partner teams, ensure smooth production set-up, and deliver training to customers. Candidates should have strong payments knowledge, excellent communication, and time-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience.
• Strong payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing systems and testing services.
• Ability to interact well with customers and senior/executive management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives for end-to-end processing implementations.
• Assess and document customer needs and impacts on processing systems and platforms.
• Define scope, plan and drive customer processing implementation projects of new electronic payments.
• Provide training to CIS organization, Mastercard and the customer.
