Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead end-to-end customer communications for card products within a large-scale banking transformation program. You will own multi-channel campaigns and ensure compliant, customer-centric messaging across the migration lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Change, CX, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Martech teams to design journeys, manage risks, and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or campaign delivery.
• Experience in financial services or large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end credit customer communications across migration stages.
• Plan and manage delivery with defined scope, timelines, and success measures.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys across pre-, during-, and post-migration.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Data, CX, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Martech teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable communication strategies.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards across communications.
• Oversee campaign execution and measure engagement and outcomes.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
