Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Payments Business Analyst to support end-to-end payment and settlement traceability. The role will perform discovery, map payment journeys, document data and status requirements, and assist testing while supporting anomaly detection workstreams.

Qualifications

• Document current-state payment journeys and data requirements.
• Map payment identifiers and system hand-offs.
• Create test scenarios and support UAT testing.
• Collaborate with operations, technology and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with Operations, Client Service, Technology, Risk and owners to document current-state journeys.
• Maintain inventories, process maps, hand-offs, and ownership details.
• Document requirements and user stories for search, statuses, timestamps, and alerts.
• Support Swift Resilience/anomaly detection with traceability analysis.
