Job summary

Phillips 66 Company is seeking an Advisor, MarketingPayments Systems Performance to enable data analytics and reporting for the Payments group. The role focuses on credit card transaction insights, cost reduction, and profitable data-driven decisions.

The position will own the data warehouse, dashboards, and reporting modules, coordinating with IT and global teams to drive high-impact initiatives and automation across Payment Systems.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the posting country.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, operations, or project execution.
• Ability to coordinate activities with multiple organizations inside and outside Global Marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build a global data strategy for the Payments group.
• Automate data and dashboard maintenance with IT.
• Develop self-service capabilities for SMEs using enterprise tools.
• Deliver value-driven reporting to support business strategy.
• Own the Payment Systems Data Warehouse and reporting modules.
