You will translate insights through data storytelling to drive actionable improvements across authorization, authentication and routing. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a business management background, and strong skills in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant experience with most of the requirements.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• Data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into actionable items across stakeholders to improve authorization, authentication and routing approval rates.
• Conduct high-level data analysis and visualization to monitor performance and generate insights.
• Identify trends to drive issuer outreach strategies and performance improvements.
• Support intake, prioritization and delivery of optimization opportunities across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement data-driven solutions and resolve issues.
