Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor, Marketing Payment Services in Bartlesville, OK to optimize Payment Systems and manage credit card partnerships, including supporting and leading negotiations with third parties.

You will engage stakeholders to identify improvements, lead system redesigns, maintain up-to-date third‑party agreements, and publish key metrics on contracts while ensuring compliance with Phillips 66 procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Finance or Credit Card roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• Ability to travel to third party and industry events 20%.

Responsibilities

• Engage PSE employees and stakeholders to identify and implement business improvement opportunities and programs.
• Lead, facilitate, manage and support the improvements and redesign of systems utilizing various methods and tools.
• Maintains up to date agreements with third parties that are necessary for PSE operations.
• Manage negotiations with third party service providers and card brands.
• Identifies cost improvement opportunities in credit card processing.
• Gathers, analyzes and publishes key PSE metrics regarding Credit Card contracts.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance of PSE contracts with P66 procurement practices.
• Collaborate with third party business partners to resolve contract related matters.
• Initiate, lead and manage relationships with third parties who provide services and support to Marketing Payment Services.

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $125,100 - $152,900.
