Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Data Solution Consultant to join our data engineering team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will translate insights into actionable items for internal and external stakeholders to improve authorization, authentication and routing decisions.

The role combines high‑level data analysis, visualization and storytelling to monitor performance across issuers and schemes, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant experience in payments or data roles.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and services.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences.
• Curious with problem-solving, time-management and PM skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Deep understanding of payments and authorization pathways.
• Experience with authorization investigation and resolution.
• Some flexibility of hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights through data storytelling to inform stakeholders.
• Analyze data requirements and visualize performance to monitor benchmarks.
• Identify trends across issuers, schemes, platforms and configurations.
• Drive improvements in authorization, authentication, and routing efficiency.
• Turn findings into scalable, measurable solutions and uplifts.
• Coordinate intake and prioritization of optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Schemes, Issuers.
