Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 8–10 years in financial institution operations.
• Minimum five years of management experience; proven leadership.
• Experience with ACH, wires, checks, mobile deposits, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment services strategy and operations for ACH, wires, checks, and digital payments.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and internal controls across payment channels.
• Develop leaders, coach teams, and foster a service-focused culture.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party providers.
