JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Solutions Director in Cross Currency for Financial Institution Group (FIG) covering Latin America. You will guide sales advisory, optimize complex problem-solving, and shape customer-centric strategies.

Lead from the front, partnering with LATAM Sales to identify market opportunities and deliver value across cross-currency solutions. Gain influence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while advancing regional growth through disciplined pipeline

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and products.
• Experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing strategies and processes.
• Strong ability to structure and deliver complex solutions to meet client needs.
• Deep knowledge of transaction banking, FX payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales on solutioning and adopting client-facing products and capabilities while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk.
• Manage end-to-end product solution strategies and processes across a product cluster.
• Collaborate with Sales to advise on strategic pricing, develop training and collateral, and oversee RFP responses.
• Oversee sales pipeline, target client lists, and drive execution from pre-sales through deal closure and reporting to leadership.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with banking and payments stakeholders and track progress against opportunities.
• Coordinate client presentations and pre-sales activities with payments sales and banking partners to engage clients.
• Develop and deliver client-facing solution presentations addressing specific use cases.
• Create compelling value propositions and proposals to support GTM efforts.
