Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Solutions Director for Cross Currency within the FIG team focused on Latin America. You will lead complex solution design, partner with Sales in LATAM to seize market opportunities, and drive customer-centric outcomes across a growing payments portfolio.

You will develop and present client-focused solutions, guide pricing strategies, and manage pipelines to deliver measurable regional growth and client expansion across borders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
• Experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing/optimizing strategies and processes.
• Proven ability to structure and manage complex solutions for business problems to meet client needs.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, FX payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Advises Sales on solutioning and adopting client-facing products while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk.
• Leads strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes.
• Coordinates with FIG Sales on strategic pricing and contributes to sales training and RFP responses.
• Manages sales pipeline, develops target client lists, and drives execution from pre-sales to closure.
