Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a PS Delivery Manager to lead and support payment solution integrations from a technical, operational, and user-experience perspective. In this role, you will work closely with development, product, UX/UI, marketing, business development teams and external payment partners to ensure that new payment solutions are integrated and well-documented, easy to use, and performant.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment solutions, fintech, or related technical/product environment.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze technical documentation, APIs, integration guides, configuration parameters, and product requirements.
• Experience working closely with development and technical teams and translating technical concepts into actionable business and product requirements.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization, ideally with payments or other conversion-sensitive digital products.
• Ability to analyze payment flows and identify opportunities to improve conversion, usability, reliability, and overall performance.
• Experience working with external partners, payment providers, or technology vendors and representing the company in professional communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payment solution setup and technical documentation with development teams to understand product capabilities and requirements.
• Translate technical documentation into practical implementation knowledge and identify integration challenges.
• Own the end-to-end integration perspective, ensuring a clear and efficient user journey.
• Represent the company in communications with payment providers and partners throughout integration and product promotion.
• Provide input for launch announcements, product materials, PR activities, and other external communications.
• Collaborate with Product Design and UX/UI to review and improve the payment journey and identify friction points.
• Research and apply best practices in payment UX, integration flows, and customer experience to improve solutions.
• Act as an internal SME for new payment launches and customer journey considerations.
• Analyze payment performance and customer experience to identify conversion, reliability, and usability improvements.
• Work with payment partners’ teams on CR, UX, and performance improvements using data and benchmarks.
