Job summary
IXOPAY seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to collaborate with enterprise customers, translating complex business needs into tailored, scalable payment solutions.
You will guide strategic technical discussions, oversee integrations, and partner with Product and Engineering to ensure successful deployments and long-term client success. You will act as a senior technical advisor, driving architectural excellence, cross-functional alignment, and ongoing enablement while staying ahead of regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years in solutions architecture or enterprise delivery
- Experience leading major, high-value client engagements with technical complexity
- Deep familiarity with complex payment ecosystems and software integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients and lead strategic discussions with C-suite stakeholders
- Define requirements and architect scalable, resilient payment solutions
- Oversee complex implementations to ensure smooth go-lives
- Translate technical requirements to Product, Engineering and CX teams
- Mentor junior Solutions Architects and establish best practices
- Gather client feedback to influence the product roadmap
