Billtrust is seeking a Manager, Solutions Consulting - Payments to lead a high‑performing Payments Sales team that drives revenue growth across existing customers and new logos. 5+ years of experience leading sales or pre‑sales teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Payment Sales Executives.
Define and manage team metrics using AI dashboards and track progress against revenue goals.
Evaluate team performance and handle day‑to‑day operations (scheduling, expenses, PTO).
Define go‑to‑market strategy for payments revenue growth with AI insights.
Serve as liaison between sales, payments strategy, marketing, and product.
Maintain market expertise in B2B payments and evolution of competitive positioning.
Enable talks tracks and training for Credit Card and ACH processing.
Identify opportunities for internal process improvements with AI‑enabled workflows.
