Billtrust is hiring a Manager, Solutions Consulting - Payments to lead a high-performing team driving organic payments revenue within our customer base and supporting new logo sales with the broader sales organization.

You will leverage AI tools and collaboration with cross-functional partners to sharpen coaching, analyze pipeline, and streamline operations, focusing on developing people and shaping go-to-market strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience leading sales or pre-sales teams.
• 7+ years of demonstrated success selling and/or supporting B2B payments, Merchant Services, and/or AR solutions.
• Direct sales or pre-sales experience in payments with mastery of the sales process.
• Ability to build, comprehend, and present ROI analyses for businesses of all sizes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Payment Sales Executives and manage recruiting to meet demand.
• Define and manage team metrics and goals using AI dashboards to track activity and revenue progress.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for payments revenue growth in collaboration with sales leadership, marketing, and product.
• Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and enable AI-enabled workflows.
