Job summary

Billtrust is seeking a Solution Consultant, Payments, to serve as the payments subject matter expert within the sales organization. You will partner with our software sales reps, payment operations, and product marketing to drive revenue growth across the existing 1,500 customers and new logos, delivering deep financial expertise on ACH and card processing throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience influencing and closing pipeline.
• Ability to build and present ROI analyses to businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B payments, Interchange, and Card Brands.
• Experience selling AR, Merchant Services, or payments solutions.
• Experience presenting to external groups and via webinars.
• Independent, self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Act as payments SME embedded with sales, delivering analysis and ROI recommendations.
• Advise on territory/account plans and target-fit for payments opportunities.
• Build cross-functional relationships and be a trusted payments resource.
• Create compelling talk tracks for Credit Card and ACH processing.
• Lead consultative conversations with financial execs on payments ROI.
• Help design new payment solutions and expand sales team training.
