Job summary

NowPay LLC, part of the Hankey Group, seeks a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business in merchant services across the United States. You will manage inbound/outbound activities, conduct merchant consultations, and close payment processing agreements with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, travel for client meetings and industry events, and meeting monthly sales targets. Prior SaaS or fintech sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in merchant services, payment processing, and fintech space.
• Understanding of credit card processing, ACH processing, POS systems, processing fees, merchant underwriting processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new merchant opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Follow up promptly with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referral partners, and company initiatives.
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations, discovery calls, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
• Gather signed merchant applications and support documents for underwriting review.
