Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer to join our Sales Enablement team in a hybrid Jacksonville, FL role. You will guide technical discovery, design secure payment integration strategies, and support customers from onboarding to growth.

In this role, you’ll engage with Sales, Product, and Client Delivery to tailor solutions, prepare documentation, and help position Paysafe offerings in customer conversations. Strong communication and payments knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; IT/Web Development or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of client-facing technical support, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Payments industry experience is preferred.
• Payments/Technical product or software certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills; can explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and translate into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to gather requirements and define integration options.
• Recommend product onboarding, processing, funding, reporting, and integration solutions matched to customer needs.
• Identify unique customer requirements and coordinate internal discussions for custom solutions.
• Engage with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle to understand business models and requirements.
• Present technical solutions via meetings, workshops, and executive discussions; support sales with Paysafe positioning.
• Create clear documentation for technical solutions and user flows; support product rollouts and future capabilities.
• Learn quickly, solve problems collaboratively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
