Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer to join our Sales Enablement team in a hybrid Jacksonville, FL role. You will help merchants and ISV/SaaS partners across North America, the UK, and the EEA design and adopt secure, scalable payment solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Delivery to understand goals, guide technical discovery, and recommend practical integration strategies for onboarding and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required; IT/Web dev-related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in client‑facing technical support, solution engineering, or technical pre‑sales.
• Payments industry experience is preferred.
• Certifications in payments/technical product or software are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and translate them into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to gather requirements and define integration options.
• Assess solution fit and propose product, onboarding, processing, funding, reporting, and integration options.
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate internal discussions for custom solutions.
• Engage with prospective customers during the sales cycle to understand business and technical needs.
• Present technical solutions in customer meetings, workshops, and executive discussions.
• Create clear documentation for solutions, flows, and integration designs.
