Job summary

REPAY, a leading fintech in Atlanta, seeks an Accounting Data Analyst to automate billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring reporting. You will build dashboards and integrate data flows between accounting and other departments while applying data science techniques to improve forecasting and anomaly detection.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting and data analytics, with experience in ERP systems and scripting. A self-starter mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 3+ years as a data analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with multiple data systems, databases, and ERP platforms.
• Experience with process automation tools and basic machine learning concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation of billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring reporting processes across accounting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for Accounting and Finance leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and Accounting leadership to evaluate, implement, and optimize automation solutions.
• Train and support accounting team on new tools, systems, and automated processes.
