Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive solutions end-to-end.
• Track record delivering end-to-end product delivery for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and AI tools.
• Experience in fraud, risk, and authentication controls in digital flows.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Good technical and platform understanding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify new product opportunities through user research and data analysis.
• Understand customer behavior, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Lead development and implementation of experience and platform capabilities within the Wires ecosystem.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the product roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics and ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support development using AI tools.
• Plan upstream/downstream implications and coordinate rollout plans with Scrum teams.
• Work with LRCC partners to ensure compliance with legal, risk, and regulatory requirements.
