Everfield is seeking a Payments Pricing Lead to own end-to-end pricing for Everfield Payments, shaping strategy, policy and tooling. You will enable commercial teams, align with Sales/GTM, Finance and development, and drive profitability across multiple business units.

You will bring hands-on pricing expertise in high-transaction environments, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled decision making and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a commercial pricing role within a high-transaction, payments-focused business.
• Ability to explain payments economics clearly to non-experts and train commercial teams.
• Self-directed with the ability to set the agenda and propose new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing for Everfield Payments end-to-end, including strategy, policy, and tooling.
• Enable commercial teams with pricing economics and sales enablement tools.
• Develop margin management processes and monitor profitability across regions.
• Lead re-pricing initiatives for back-book merchants and price optimization.
• Design discount and incentive structures for payments and payments hardware.
• Coordinate with Prop/Finance/Sales to ensure market feedback informs pricing.
• Build playbooks, templates, and training for business units in payments.
