Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Technical fluency to engage with Staff+ engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using dashboards to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or fintech, crypto, web3, or DeFi is a plus.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive the operating cadence for programs including kickoffs, reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigations, escalate when leadership decisions are needed.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate architecture trade-offs for reliability and scalability.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define KPIs to guide prioritization.
