Job summary

You will mentor teams, manage complex risks, and ensure measurable platform outcomes like availability and velocity in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems and SOA.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM / Delivery strategy with scalable operating mechanisms.
• Drive program roadmaps aligned to business objectives and dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform investment planning and architectural alignment.
• Serve as executive escalation point for risks and tradeoffs.
• Ensure measurable outcomes: availability, scalability, cost efficiency, velocity.
