Job summary

Félix is rebuilding the financial experience for Latinos in the US by connecting AI-driven interfaces with real-time payouts infrastructure. As PM for Payouts Platform, you will own the vision, roadmap and outcomes to make payouts fast, reliable and cost-efficient for all Félix products.

You will drive platform adoption, coordinate with FX, Compliance and Treasury for launches, and partner with Business Development to optimize integrations and routing across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with a focus on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• Experience building platform/API products used by other teams or developers.
• Understanding payout rails and partners, including settlement timing and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform, balancing capabilities, reliability and cost.
• Build a shared, self-serve platform that enables rapid product launches without rebuilding payouts.
• Lead market expansion decisions across LatAm and beyond, coordinating FX, Compliance and Treasury for go-lives.
• Define partner requirements and evaluate payout providers and aggregators for optimal routing.
• Improve payout routing, validation, speed and cost, reducing manual handling of failed payouts.
• Ensure compliant, funded and supportable payouts by coordinating with Compliance, Treasury and product teams.
