Job summary

the company is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Payments team in New York City. You will lead a talented group of engineers building and scaling the payments infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering key initiatives that impact revenue growth.

You will report to the Engineering Director for the Financial Solutions Group in a hybrid role from our New York office. Expect collaboration with Product, Design, and Operations, and a focus on mentorship and organizational

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the software industry.
3+ years of experience launching payments products.
Experience developing and launching FinTech products and infrastructures.
Experience coaching engineers with diverse specialties.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to keep products compliant.
Experience scaling up teams and organizations.
Experience working with Adyen and Stripe platform is a huge plus

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team that builds payments products and scales infrastructure.
Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to set technical direction.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Drive delivery against goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
