Amadeus seeks a Technical Business Analyst to join a globally distributed team and help evolve the Amadeus Payment Platform, processing millions of payments daily. You will blend product management with solutioning, guiding design and mentorship while driving best practices and excellence.

Based in Irving, TX, this permanent role offers a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payments/travel BA and experience with Agile/SAFe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience preferably in Payments or Airlines/travel domains – in capacity of a business ana-lyst is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / sciences or related fields.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a globally distributed team across Dallas, Nice, and Bangalore to shape Amadeus Payment Platform.
• Translate business needs into product concepts and design solutions.
• Lead solution sizing, process engineering, and cross-functional assessments.
• Define recovery, action, and risk mitigation plans.
• Contribute to test strategy, validation, and production integrity.
• Coach and mentor analysts and engineers, collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support agile ceremonies, RFP/RFI responses, and product launches.
