Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a globally distributed team across Dallas, Nice, and Bangalore, helping evolve the Amadeus Payment Platform that handles millions of daily payments. You will blend product management and solutioning, mentor teammates, drive innovations, and translate strategy into actionable plans while promoting operational excellence.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, QA, customers, and stakeholders, supporting Agile ceremonies

Qualifications

3+ years experience preferably in Payments or Airlines/travel domains – in capacity of a business analyst is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / sciences or related fields.
Work experience in Agile / SaFe framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish standards for product definition activities, including specifications and solution design.
Analyze highly complex business problems and translate business needs into new product concepts, enhancements, and upgrades.
Design solutions to complex problems and support cross-area solution design, including architecture proposals for new products.
Support Pre-Sales activities and participate in BRM assessments.
Lead or review solution sizing, specifications, process engineering, and business flow assessments for complex initiatives.
Define recovery, action, and risk mitigation plans in case of system failures and ensure processes are followed.
