Job summary

1091 Amadeus North America, Inc. seeks a Technical Business Analyst to join a global payments platform team. The role combines product definition, solution design, and cross-functional leadership to translate business needs into actionable plans within a complex travel payments ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and customers to drive delivery, ensure production readiness, and promote best practices across programs while operating in a hybrid work model from Irving, Texas.

Qualifications

3+ years experience preferably in Payments or Airlines/travel domains – in capacity of a business analyst is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / sciences or related fields.
Work experience in Agile / SaFe framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish standards for product definition activities, including specifications and solution design.
Analyze highly complex business problems and translate business needs into new product concepts and upgrades.
Define recovery, action, and risk mitigation plans in case of system failures and ensure processes are followed from requirements through production.
Coach, mentor, and guide team members across engineering, architecture, product, QA and customers.
Contribute to delivery planning, customer relationships, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
