• Fulfills incoming service requests and calls for Business Banking, Treasury Management and Commercial Clients, owning issues end-to-end.
• Works with external clients and internal partners on technical requests to deliver outstanding service.
• Prepares supporting documentation for completed research requests.
• Handles escalated requests and researches complex issues.
• Monitors CRM queues and takes action to resolve issues promptly.
• Writes emails following company standards and guidelines.
• Investigates complex complaints using product knowledge to resolve issues.
• Identify core customer issues and work toward resolution.
• Communicates trends to management and maintains documentation.
• Manages time to meet department standards and productivity goals.
• Interacts with multiple teams across departments to fulfill duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
