Job summary

Chase is seeking a Transactions Supervisor in Monroe, LA to lead a team responsible for daily processing of document transactions and extraction of checks and remittances. You will coach front-line staff and drive accuracy, productivity, and customer experience using innovative AI and automation ideas.

In this role you will set work priorities, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-line teams in remittance processing.
• Ability to motivate and manage teams for production, quality, and customer experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and assign work with competing priorities.
• Understanding of AI and automation technologies in operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities: planning, motivation, problem solving, relationship building.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of transaction specialists.
• Oversee remittance processing operations, set daily goals, delegate work, evaluate performance.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate delays, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Review data to identify and resolve procedural issues and ensure guidelines.
• Manage projects to enhance operations and customer experience using AI/automation.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members for future leadership.
