Job summary

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. seeks a Funding Operations Specialist to manage outbound supplier payments and related inquiries across domestic and international contexts.

You will handle exceptions, adjust check payments, and coordinate with bank partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely settlements. Ideal candidates have Treasury/ cash management experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• CTP, CPA or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand Paymode processing, funding methods, client trends and business needs.
• Prioritize payment processing to ensure timely payments and client delight.
• Collaborate with team on process improvements and problem solving.
• Ensure payments are delivered on time with urgency.
• Analyze client payments and funding while communicating clearly internally and externally.
• Support operational tasks from 10:30am–7:30pm EST with occasional 8am–5pm shifts.
