Job summary

Capchase is seeking a highly analytical Payment Operations Specialist to join our payments team in the US. You’ll own daily payment operations, from deal validation to funding and repayments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution across currencies.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve processes, automate workflows, and strengthen controls. A systems thinker who asks why and seeks scalable solutions will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, payments, treasury, or similar analytical role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Curiosity with a systems mindset and ownership mindset.
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own daily payment operations from deal validation to funding and repayments.
• Review, validate, and deploy deals; manage payouts and collections.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and fix issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Product, Engineering to improve workflows.
