Job summary

Capchase is seeking a highly analytical Payment Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will own daily payment operations—from deal deployment and funding to customer repayments—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reconciliation across payment rails and currencies.

You will work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Risk, Product, Engineering, and other Operations teams to build scalable, data-driven processes and continuously improve workflows.

• Own Daily Payment Operations
• Review, validate, and deploy approved deals across currencies and payment rails
• Perform daily cash and payment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
