Job summary

Ant International seeks a Payments Operations Specialist to support Antom and Zyla operations across the US. The role focuses on clearing, settlement, dispute handling, and funds management with corporate bank accounts across multiple scopes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end settlement, refunds/disputes, remittance tracking, and cross-functional regulatory support. Strong Excel and data automation skills are valued; MSB compliance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payment operations, corporate banking, settlement, or fintech.
• Hands-on in chargeback/dispute management or wallet fund flow operations.
• Experience with regulatory reporting or MSB regulatory examinations is a plus.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and compliance mindset.
• Analytical and Excel skills; data automation experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end clearing and settlement operations for Antom and Zyla.
• Handle refunds, disputes, and inquiries with financial partners.
• Manage daily funds inflow/outflow and remittance tracking.
• Oversee corporate bank account lifecycles and KYC reviews.
• Ensure regulatory data validation and fund safeguarding controls.
