Responsibilities

• Process department files prepared for payment processing.
• Receive, organize, and process customer and interbank payments (ACH, wire, instant payments).
• Post payment transactions and verify proper allocation of funds to ensure timely processing.
• Balance, reconcile, and post transactions; monitor payment queues and escalate issues.
• Ensure deadlines are met and files are delivered/received on time; resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails within payment systems; support internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes; perform other duties as assigned.
