Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least two years' experience in a financial institution, ACH or card operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking software.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, balance, and resolve ACH transactions within deadlines.
• Handle ACH disputes, returns, stop payments, reclamations, and research requests.
• Maintain debit and credit card services, including updates and limits.
• Review Remote Deposit Capture for fraud and adjust deposit limits.
• Establish and maintain ACH, wire, Treasury Management, and Business Online Banking services for business members.
• Research and resolve payment questions from members and staff; provide timely follow-up.
• Process mail payments and support daily operations for credit lines.
• Maintain department procedures and suggest efficiency improvements.
