Responsibilities

• Process mobile deposits, ACH transfers, deposits, adjustments, and wires, and monitor related alerts.
• Assist front-line staff with member inquiries and maintain documentation for quality and compliance with BSA/Reg E.
• Scan and index daily financial documents; perform QA in ECM across departments.
• Monitor loan payments and overdraft activity for potential fraud indicators.
• Cross-train within the department and provide back-up when needed; handle garnishments and court orders as required.
• Maintain records and ensure security and confidentiality per Credit Union policies.
