Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier's checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes.
• Understanding of OFAC screening, BSA requirements and internal policies.
• Ability to analyze payment scenarios, identify root causes, and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain high accuracy when reviewing payment instructions and supporting documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
