Job summary

Zillion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Digital Payments Operations Specialist for a long-term project. The role requires handling wire transfers, faster payments, and related operations, with a focus on risk and regulatory compliance.

This hybrid position is onsite three days a week in Vienna, VA, and two days remote, with a shift starting early morning. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, GC holders, or EAD, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with wire transfers, cashier’s checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates solid knowledge of payment operations and settlement processes.
• Understands regulatory requirements (OFAC, BSA) and implements controls to mitigate risk.
• Analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, and resolves exceptions promptly.
• Maintains high accuracy when reviewing payment instructions and documentation.
