Qualifications

Developing coaching and conflict-management skills to train new employees.
Developing strategic thinking and innovation to address new issues within policies.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Handle balance inquiries and account maintenance, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Contribute to resolving new issues with strategic thinking within policy limits.
