Job summary

Health Payment Systems, Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a Manager, Financial Operations to lead the operational execution of our payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix and TempoPay. You will own day-to-day money movement, reconciliation, settlements, and controls.

This role reports to the COO, offers a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee with some remote options, and partners with Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance and external partners to drive improvements and scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, fintech, banking, or payments infrastructure with deep expertise in ACH, card payments, settlement, reconciliation, ledgering, end-to-end money movement, and transaction lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Payments Operations Ownership: Own the operational lifecycle of payment processing across HPS, PayMedix and TempoPay, including payment execution, settlement activities, reconciliation workflows, and money movement while improving scalability and controls.
