You will build scalable collections operations, drive vendor management, and partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to strengthen payment infrastructure and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of payment processing across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay, including settlements, reconciliation, and money movement.
• Build scalable collections operations strategy and vendor management to drive operational excellence and reduce manual work.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external payment partners to improve payment infrastructure and operational controls.
