Job summary

PayMedix is hiring a Manager, Financial Operations to lead the payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay from Milwaukee. You will own the day-to-day operations of payment processing, settlements, reconciliation, and exception handling at scale, partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering and Compliance.

The role reports to the COO and offers a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in Milwaukee) with remote options for qualified candidates outside Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments operations or fintech with end-to-end money movement.
• Experience with ACH and card payments processing and settlement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payments processing lifecycle across platforms.
• Define and manage collections workflows and vendor partnerships.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor payment performance and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance and external partners to scale operations.
