Job summary

Tabs is the AI Operating System for Revenue, helping modern finance teams automate and control revenue workflows. The Payments Operations Manager will own day‑to‑day PayOps activities, ensure accurate merchant operations, and support scaling as Tabs Pay launches.

You will handle reconciliations, disputes, ACH returns, and exceptions while collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Support, and commercial teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payments operations, reconciliation, disputes, or adjacent functions.
• Experience executing payments workflows (reconciliation, disputes, ACH returns, merchant management).
• Strong track record of accurate, detail‑oriented work in high‑stakes operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Process merchant exceptions, holds, reserves, and activations per policy.
• Conduct daily/periodic reconciliation across processor, bank, ledger, and merchant records.
• Manage dispute and chargeback workflows: collect evidence, track deadlines, and follow up on outcomes.
