• Direct experience in merchant services, merchant acquiring, card processing, or payments implementation.
• Hands-on experience onboarding clients or enabling payment products and services.
• Strong client-facing experience, including leading meetings, managing expectations, and communicating progress.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Experience managing project timelines, implementation milestones, and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Ability to explain payment processes and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation of merchant payment solutions, including gateways, invoicing, ACH, and card services.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to facilitate payment product setup and enablement.
• Lead client calls, provide project updates, identify roadblocks, and escalate as needed.
• Translate technical payment concepts into clear information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
