Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco seeks a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive new integrations, enhance existing customer implementations, and lead pre-sales engagements for a growing merchant portfolio.

You will work with merchants' technical teams to design, develop, test and launch integrations with our payments platform, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience integrating or consulting on Web APIs.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs).
• Excellent communication; able to lead meetings with executives.
• Empathetic to customer needs and able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive progress with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable solutions for merchant integrations using development expertise.
• Act as consultative partner in ecommerce, POS, and multi-platforms for integration guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product and Engineering to deliver seamless experiences.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring technical integrity of merchant integrations.
• Advise on optimizing payment solutions including checkout and omni-channel onboarding.
