Qualifications

• 4+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs).
• Experience working with distributed systems and database design.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers.
• Empathetic to customer and end-user needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize development and programming expertise to create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations, while ensuring adherence to payment best practices.
• Serve as a consultative partner in verticals such as e-commerce, POS, and multi-platform integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless merchant experiences.
• Leverage project management and technical consulting skills to oversee high-quality project delivery and ensure technical integrity of integrations.
• Provide consultation on optimizing payment solutions and onboarding, coordinating with Developers and Product Managers to enhance the platform.
