Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Customer Implementation Delivery Leader to oversee onboarding and go-live for enterprise and partner customers. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers, partner with Sales, Product, and Operations, and ensure delivery commitments are met while driving continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, operational excellence, and a strong focus on customer outcomes across the entire implementation lifecycle, from contract to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading implementation teams and onboarding programs.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Implementation Managers for onboarding and implementation activities.
• Ensure milestones and go-live timelines are achieved.
• Provide leadership support for complex implementations and escalations.
• Monitor performance and risks to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize onboarding.
